I’m admittedly so behind on blogging, but I’ve been wanting to share this September farm wedding day from 2023 for a while now! Deeana and Adam got married at Shady Elms Farm in Hickory, PA just about 30 miles from downtown Pittsburgh. The rain unfortunately pushed their wedding ceremony inside, but the gloomy weather made for the most beautiful photos showcasing all of the lush rich greens around the farm.

They had the most beautiful, candlelit indoor ceremony followed by one banger of a party that had everyone dancing all night. You definitely can’t go wrong with a sparkler exit to end the night. The joy and fun in those photos make them some of my absolute favorites!

Being a Pittsburgh wedding photographer means that I get to see weddings of all types. I love that I can photograph a very urban city wedding one weekend and then be out on beautiful rolling farmland the next! This one was definitely a favorite and I’m so stoked to finally be sharing these with you.
