Aman + Chelsea — Carnegie Museum Wedding

I was beyond elated when Chelsea and Aman reached out to me about photographing their February Carnegie Museum wedding. The Carnegie Museum had been at the top of my “wish list” as far as Pittsburgh wedding venues go, and I was so excited for the opportunity to finally make some photo magic there with two wonderful people.

The grandiosity of the museum’s Hall of Sculpture made for an exceptionally elegant and formal backdrop for this couple’s wedding reception. What we lacked of natural light on a snowy February evening, we made up for with some flash and additional lighting to create some really fun, high-contrast shots. Chelsea had requested a quintessential “veil photo” and the drama we achieved with the architecture in the background was unmatched.

Florals were provided by Jim Ludwig’s Blumengarten Florist.
Chelsea’s dress was from Bridal Beginning.
Hair and Makeup were provided by Luxe Hair Salon.
The Venue is the Carnegie Museum Hall of Sculpture.
